Return & Exchange Policy

At Promise To Myself (PTM), we take pride in delivering premium products designed to inspire discipline, purpose, and progress. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Original tags and packaging are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

PTM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to inventory availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Limited edition or special release products marked as Final Sale
  • Socks, undergarments, and other hygiene-sensitive products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PTM is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the matter.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Credit

PTM may issue store credit in situations where a refund is not applicable or when requested by the customer.

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Because of this, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
